WiFi at the Hotel

Marriott has paid wifi, but it’s easy to get it free if you are a Marriott Rewards members. That’s easy to sign up for and is also free.

If you’re staying at the hotel …

Park onsite at the hotel then bring your parking ticket to the front desk and tell them you’re with the Big Table Art Retreat. They will ensure that you get the discounted rate of $10/day. Make sure you tell them you’re with us!

If you’re commuting every day …

Park onsite at the hotel and keep your ticket you get when you enter. Mesa will give you another ticket to keep with you that will give you in/out privileges from the garage. When you pay on the last day, you’ll need both tickets. The discounted rate for our group is $10/day.

It’s always best to dress in layers with the cool mornings followed by warm sunshine and, often, a chilly conference room. The dress for the event is business casual. You should always dress for these events as you would present yourself professionally.

To Do in Lancaster

Some of our attendees and friends have been suggesting their favorite things to do and places to try in Lancaster. We wanted to pass those along to you!

Dough & Co. (edible cookie dough, and an amazing hand-painted mural inside!)
Lancaster Sweet Shoppe (local-made ice cream, plus stroopies…kind of a Lancaster thing!)
Don’t miss Gallery Row on North Prince Street and the Gallery of Modern Masters at the Square.
Central Market in Downtown Lancaster
